Sales Tax
No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of Texas. Orders shipped within Texas will be charged 8.25% in sales tax.

Shipping Charges
Furniture ordered for customers in the Austin area may be picked up from our warehouse El Sol Logistics (www.elsollogistics.com). El Sol offers delivery and assembly for a fee. Orders shipping outside of central Texas will ship directly for a fee. Shipping charges will be emailed prior to payment processing for your approval. Premium, white glove delivery service is available. Please email us at info@babycoco.com for a quote on premium delivery.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
baby coco is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item. Simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number, which is valid for 10 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, after the allotted 10 business day window has passed, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Custom-ordered furniture and bedding require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 2 business days of your original order date.
- All sale items are final sale.

Delivery Time
Because many items are hand-crafted and made- to-order, shipping times given in the product descriptions are estimates. We will always make every effort to expedite the manufacturing and shipping of items to you and will notify you promptly of any delays. Due to the nature of custom bedding and furniture, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
